Bienvenidos a "The 7pm Café Podcast" o como me gusta decir en español El café de las 7 de la tarde. Estamos celebrando en el mes de Abril el mes de la poesía con una Miniseries llamada "poemas." En esta miniseries solo subiré poemas que he escrito, algunos serán de mi primer libro "Interior. Anxiety. Night." Los episodios serán cortos entre 1 a 5 minutos. Espero que disfruten la miniseries. En el episodio de hoy presento el poema en español "Camino Lenta."

Welcome to "The 7pm Café Podcast." We are celebrating we are turning 1 year old now in February 2022. To celebrate our one-year anniversary we decided to create a miniseries about the Circus. Our guest today is Cole (YEAH BOiii COLE). Bassist at the Big Apple Circus. Cole was part of the live band of the Circus this season that started in November 2021 and it ended on January 30th, 2022. We connected through Zoom and he talked to us about his journey in the Circus. He talked to us about his music career and the 3 bands he was part of and the experience of it. Finally, we talked about his current projects, his own Podcast "Aggressive Kindness" and his solo music.

To celebrate our one-year anniversary we decided to create a miniseries about the Circus. Our guest today is Matt Johnson an Escape Artist. Matt was part of the performers at the Big Apple Circus at Lincoln Center (New York City), November 2021 through January 30th, 2022. Matt and I sat on our day off to talk about his journey on how he started escapes, his time on Britain's Got Talent and American's Got Talent, we talked about his time in the Big Apple Circus and what's next for him.
