Welcome to "The 7pm Café Podcast." We are celebrating we are turning 1 year old now in February 2022. We started the Podcast in February 2021. To celebrate our one-year anniversary we decided to create a miniseries about the Circus. Our guest today is Aerialist and Singer Elli Huber. Elli was the Opening Act at the Big Apple Circus at Lincoln Center (New York City). Elli and I sat on our day off to talk about her journey on the Circus and on the Big Apple Circus and what's next for her.

Welcome to "The 7pm Café Podcast." We are celebrating we are turning 1 year old now in February 2022. We started the Podcast in February 2021. To celebrate our one-year anniversary we decided to create a miniseries about the Circus. I returned for a second year to work at the Circus as a Front House Staff, Usher at the Big Apple Circus at Lincoln Center in New York City. To kick off the miniseries I brought a former guest to introduce the miniseries, our guest today is Ryan Burton, Front House Manager for his four years, his fourth season with the Circus. We spoke about the difference of working during the Pandemic and our year before the Pandemic happened in 2019. I interviewed other performers, artists from the Circus, so stay tuned, and enjoy this introduction episode. We are happy to be back!

Bienvenidos a "The 7pm Café Podcast" o como me gusta decir en español El café de las 7 de la tarde. Nuestro invitado de hoy es Miguel Iglesias, cantautor, músico madrileño. Hace 10 años perteneció al grupo madrileño Preciados. Miguel vivió en Londres y México. Se lanzó como solista en el 2018 y lanza su primer disco "Miguel Iglesias Y Los Carnales." Y ahora mismo acaba de regresar a Madrid después de 80 dias en moto por todo Europa, en un viaje/tour tocando en la calle el cual llevó el nombre de SuicidaTour 2021. Comenzó en Julio y terminó en Octubre y de eso nos habla en el episodio. Y nos habla de su plan para su segundo disco.

Bienvenidos a "The 7pm Café Podcast" o como me gusta decir en español El café de las 7 de la tarde. Nuestro invitado de hoy es Carlos Santos. Si te suena el nombre Carlos sale en el show de Netflix "Gentefied" haciendo el personaje de "Chris Morales." Conozco a Carlos en el 2006 cuando estaba de "Host" (Presentador) en MTV Tr3s en el show "MiTRL", versión Latina de "TRL". Luego de terminar su tiempo con MTV deja a Nueva York y se regresa a California a seguir su carrera como Actor y hacer comedia (stand up & improv). Carlos ha hecho peliculas, television y comerciales. Recientemente estuvo en la pelicula 'Vacation Friends" (2021) que está ahora en Hulu. También hizo una pelicula con Eugenio Derbez "The Valet" que sale el 2022. Y recientemente hizo un especial de comedia para HBOMax que pronto sale. Y "Gentefied" en Netflix extrena la temporada 2 ahora el 10 de Noviembre, no se lo pierdan!

Welcome to "The 7pm Café Podcast." Our guest today is Carlos Santos. He is a Puerto Rican Actor and Comedian. He has done film, television and commercials. You might known him from his show on Netflix "Gentefied" where he plays "Chris Morales" which Season 2 is coming out November 10th! In his early days he was a host in LATV and then on MTV Tr3s on "MiTRL" (2006) He left New York after the MTV days and he went back to Acting and Comedy. He was in a movie called "Ghost Team One" (2013), he did a Youtube show called "Chamacas" (2013) on a Youtube channel owned by Sofia Vergara, he did Youtube videos for Equals Three. He was in the Puerto Rican film "Yo Soy un Politico" (2016) by Javier Colón and Susana. He is on the movie "Vacation Friends" (2021) that just came out on Hulu. He did "The Valet" with Eugenio Derbez which will come out in 2022. He just did a special comedy show for HBO that will come out soon on HBO Max stay tuned for that.

Welcome to "The 7pm Café Podcast." Our guest today is Raiza Licea is an Actress, a Comedian, a Podcaster, and a Writer. Born and raised in Miami, Florida and from a Cuban family. You might have seen her in the Buzzfeed videos "Pero Like", she did a Nike video titled "Daughter of an Immigrant," she has done Film, Theater and Commercials. Raiza performed at the UCB Sunset with many improv groups and her own Latinx team "Spanish Aquí Presents" aka "SAP" the first and only Latinx UCB House Team. She is also a Host on the Earwolf network alongside her teammates from "SAP" which they have over 100 episodes. Raiza won Outstanding Female Actor at HBO Latino's Official Latino Film Festival 2020.

Winner of The Miranda Family Voces Latinx National Playwriting Competition (2020) with her play Malas mañas. She is the voice of "La cucarachita" in the "Cucarachita Martina's Musical Adventure" which was nominated for a 2021 Emmy Award. Author of "En la azotea, 10 piezas cortas de teatro" (Ed. Callejón 2016). Playwright-In-Residence at Teatro Publico, Inc., and collaborating artist at Pregones/PRTT. She holds a B.A in Dance and Theater, from University of Puerto Rico, and a M.A. in Scenic Arts from the University of Murcia, Spain.
